About Us
The Blue Ridge Relay is a 208-mile team running adventure across the Blue Ridge Mountains, taking place September 11–12, 2026. Teams of 4–12 runners rotate through 36 legs from the high country near Boone to downtown Asheville, covering dramatic terrain over the course of an overnight and following day. Blending endurance challenge with road trip camaraderie, the event attracts both competitive squads and groups of friends chasing a shared, unforgettable experience—where the effort is demanding and the mountain views are well earned.
